Head Start of Lane County has an opening for Operations Director. This position is responsible for the operations of the agency (Head Start of Lane County is a non-profit educational/family services organization) including facility management, information systems, food service, transportation, and administration of business development. Supervises managers and ensures that standards and regulations are met and that agency facilities and operations are effective and efficient; works closely with agency managers to coordinate agency operations; responsible for meeting Head Start Performance Standards and following the agency policies and procedures. * (wage adjustment equivalent to one weeks salary effective for this program year 2010/2011 not reflected in salary range) Please make sure to answer all supplemental questions as indicated for this application.
