Job Summary and Responsibilities/Duties Job Summary Builds and facilitates a network of small business owners in the child care industry, participating in a statewide shared services business project. Provides business technical assistance, coaching, assistance developing a business plan and goal setting, and leads business trainings for early childhood child care owners. Provides support to child care owners to learn and use a designated child care management software, and builds relationships with the child care owner community in order to grow participation in the shared services project.
