The ERSEA (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility and Attendance) Specialist assists the Coordinator in maintaining the data management software (Child Plus) and supports in maintaining full enrollment at all times. This position is responsible for communicating with parents and guardians regarding income eligibility and the status of their application, including making income eligibility determinations. The ERSEA specialist provides support in the areas of data collection, record keeping, reporting and ongoing monitoring.
