Child Care Resource & Referral is looking for leaders who are committed to supporting our mission to to strengthen our community by supporting early childhood professionals, providing leadership in the field and by promoting access to high quality child care experiences for all children and families inclusive of every race, ethnicity, language, gender, age, ability or income level. We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions: Coaching Services Program Manager (2 positions); Consultation Services Program Manager (1 Position); and Professional Development Program Manager (1 position). In these positions, you will be responsible for developing and managing assigned programs with a focus on ensuring sustainability, inclusivity, and culturally responsive services, including supervising and developing staff. You will be responsible for planning, recommending, and implementing goals, objectives, strategies, policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring assigned grants and other funding streams, including program compliance. Mt.
