Help Children Learn, Grow, and Thrive Every Day What you will do: As a Classroom Aide, you’ll work alongside Teachers and Teacher Assistants to support preschool children in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. You’ll play an important role in helping children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically while supporting families and classroom teams. • Support teachers with classroom activities, projects, and learning experiences • Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for children • Engage with children through play, conversation, singing, reading, and hands-on activities • Use positive guidance and redirection strategies • Assist with classroom setup, organization, and rotating learning materials • Supervise children indoors and outdoors to ensure safety at all times • Participate in family-style meals and encourage social interaction • Help children build confidence, independence, and emotional skills • Assist with classroom cleaning and maintaining a sanitary environment • Support classroom coverage during breaks, lunches, and absences • Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures • Collaborate with staff and families to support children’s success What We’re Looking For: • High School Diploma or GED • Previous experience with young children preferred • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Compassion, patience, and professionalism • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook Required Certifications: (Or ability to obtain after hire) • CPR/First Aid Certification within 60 days • Food Handler’s Card within 30 days • Central Background Registry enrollment Grow Your Career • Gain valuable experience in early childhood education and community services. • We offer a fantastic benefit package Apply today and start the journey to make an impact in our community.
