~Salaried, up to 41 work weeks/year. This position will train, coach, and mentor staff in the following areas: ~Meeting Early Learning Outcomes, KFHS School Readiness Goals, Performance Standards, Child Care Licensure Rules, and KFHS Policies and Procedures. ~Occupational duties, including record keeping and other daily responsibilities. ~Lesson Planning and KFHS curriculums, including Creative Curriculum, Conscious Discipline, etc. ~Observation and assessment and Child Goal Setting in TS Gold. ~Home visiting, Family Partnership Plans and family engagement. ~Providing safe and engaging classroom environments. ~Processes for advocating and supporting children and families with social emotional, language barrier, and developmental needs. Including goal planning, support plans, and IFSPs. Collaborates with CFC and appropriate managers to provide support. See position description in the application for more details. Qualifications: BA required in Early Childhood Education or related field. Three years Head Start Experience preferred.
