SUMMARY OF POSITION: The position assists with the overall implementation and compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. Oversees compliance with family engagement requirements. Supervises classroom staff and all the components of the classroom MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA required in Early Childhood Education or related field. Must obtain BA within 2 terms of hire. Minimum score of a step 10 in the Oregon Registry Online (ORO) within one year of hire. Three years of Head Start experience preferred. Must document at least 2 years experience in supervision, training, and monitoring.
