Job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities/Duties Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Associate Director, manages education programs for the Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Provides guidance and information on current best practices about early childhood care and education. Develops and manages department policies and procedures, assists with and carries out strategic goals, collaborates with applicable college employees and external liaisons, manages department budget and provides direct supervision of department employees. Works independently and in a team environment to support the vision, mission and goals of the College and the Child Development and Family Support programs. Important Information Mt.
