MHCC Head Start is hiring! We are hiring for an ERSEA Specialist (Head Start). The ERSEA Specialist Coordinates the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) of potential families into the Head Start/Early Head Start programs. Acts as the liaison between the ERSEA/Data Manager and ERSEA team. Provides coaching, training, and technical assistance to staff, and acts as subject matter expert. Compiles, analyzes, and monitors data, prepares reports to ensure compliance, and/or makes recommendations for action.
