Coordinates the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) of potential families into the Head Start/Early Head Start programs. Acts as the liaison between the ERSEA/Data Manager and ERSEA team. Provides coaching, training, and technical assistance to staff, and acts as subject matter expert. Compiles, analyzes and monitors data, prepares reports to ensure compliance and/or makes recommendations for action.
