The Inclusion Services Coach has primary responsibility to coordinate and implement the disabilities, inclusion services and mental health component of the Head Start program to ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and other relevant regulations. The Inclusion Services Coach monitors for program quality and compliance, and provides coaching/input to classroom staff related to disability, inclusion and mental health services.
