PRIMARY PURPOSE: To create cleaner and healthier environment for office building, off-campus sites, and grounds; Perform ongoing janitorial, Deep cleaning and care, infectious control cleaning and care, maintenance, and repair of assigned CFRC sites. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Reason position exists is to perform these functions): • Deep clean sections of the CRFC site. • Maintain bathrooms and kitchen floors daily. • Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep and mop tiled areas regularly. • Dust and wipe surfaces, vents, lights. • Empty public garbage cans and keep trash receptacles and common areas clean and neat. • Wipe down and disinfect and sanitize furniture, chairs, tables, frequently touched surfaces etc. • with approved cleaners and procedure. • Provide Site Manager with a list of supplies needed on a regular basis.
