Additional Position Details: FTE: .95 Remote Work: This position may be eligible for remote work on a hybrid basis after successful probationary period. Any remote work requires prior approval and must comply with MHCC Remote Work policies and administrative regulations. Remote work must be within the states of Oregon or Washington. Job Summary Assists Child Development and Family Support Programs (CDFS) staff and management with a wide variety of administrative support functions related to eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance (ERSEA), including project management and clerical duties. Ensures compliance with federal, state and program regulations. Minimum and Desired Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED certificate Experience/Training: Minimum (1) year of general office or customer service experience Experience working with backgrounds of the College’s community, students and employees Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in business, office administration, or related field Bilingual skills in English and another language that meets program and/or community needs Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and federal, state and local regulations in relation to student enrollment in CDFS programs Additional Qualifications and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Additional Qualifications Must be enrolled in the Oregon Central Background Registry prior to beginning employment and enrollment must be maintained throughout employment Post-offer fitness for duty evaluation, must be obtained within 30 days of hire date: TB screening Health appraisal Complete required Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) licensing within 30 days of hire Mt.
