This position will be responsible for staff oversight, fiscal planning, contract compliance and program, new partnership and fund development for the department. This position will work closely with program staff to develop, implement, and evaluate all education, inclusion, nutrition, health, family services as well as develop and oversee all aspects of the program budget and fiscal requirements. The Program Director will oversee direct and indirect staffing, supervision, and professional development needs; as well as coordinate site and service logistics with staff and community partners. The successful candidate will: ● Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive plan for the delivery of program services and ensure requirements are fully integrated into the program operations, policies, professional development plans and program goals ● Manage the comprehensive delivery of early childhood education, family, health, nutrition, and inclusion services to Early Head Start (EOPK), Head Start (OPK) and Preschool Promise children and families. ● Develop the program budget and submit final budget to all stakeholders, including finance office, contracts and Board ● Ensure programs are adhering to all Head Start Performance Standards, Oregon Childcare Licensing rules, IDEA (Part C), Chapter 581 of Oregon Administration Rules, contract requirements and best practices ● Supervise Education & Inclusion Services, Family & Health Services, and Nutritions Services Managers. ● Collaborate with the leadership team and Program Managers from other programs on expanding wrap around community services
