This position supports the EHS/HS leadership staff and Deputy Executive Director, EHS/HS with the daily operations of the EHS/HS program. In this capacity, this position serves as the program’s communication hub; provides clerical support for management staff; assists with meeting preparations; and is a member of the program’s Leadership team. This employee also has primary responsibility for ordering supplies, processing travel and training arrangements for staff, parents and community members. Responsible for maintaining the EHS/HS Management Calendar. This work is of a complex and highly confidential nature, involving discretion and working with executive level contacts. This position requires effective organization and management of details with a high degree of accuracy. This position requires adherence to the policies and procedures of the Agency and is supervised by the Operations Coordinator.
