The Site Manager holds a multifaceted position which requires the ability to monitor multiple priorities simultaneously. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that the center complies with all state and federal laws and regulations, as well as MCCC’s policies and procedures. The Site Manager monitors and maintains staff productivity while also fostering their growth, reinforcing their strengths, and recognizing their contributions.
